A group of seven islands off the west coast of Greece : stretching South from the Italian coast to the southern tip of Peloponnese and often called Heptanesos (Seven Islands). With their distinctive colour and the strong Venetian influence they are a perfect choice to spend some unforgettable holidays. For the most part they have important tourist infrastructures as they gather visitors from all over the world thanks also to their natural beauty, their historical monuments and friendly inhabitants, however they have managed to retain their traditional colour and distinctive personality that is reflected also in the local musical dialect.
