The Villa is located in the island of Spetses, only 15’ from the town centre and 10 meters from the beach. It has a modern architecture style within a magnificent view of the sea. The house (300sq.m – 2 levels) is fully equipped and sleeps up to 14 persons in 3 double bedrooms and 4 twin bedded rooms.
Facilities include : central heating, air conditioning, security alarm, safe, sunbeds, telephone, DVD home theatre, cable TV, Hi-Fi, Internet connection wireless, barbecue, balcony, beach chairs and garden chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with : 4 ring stove, dish washer, freezer, fridge, grill, microwave, oven, washing machine. The living room has fireplace and a sofa bed. There is also a dining area with child’s highchair and seating for 16 people.
The blue, crystal clear sea is only a few steps away. The Villa is suitable for families as well as for professionals requiring a luxurious accommodation.
