All the apartments have have air-conditioning.
There is a shared swimming pool for the use of all the guests staying in the apartments of the villa. The exterior of the villa is furnished with outdoor furniture.
There is a reception desk in the villa.
All units are equipped with TV, DVD player, telephone and internet connection.
2 studios: The studios are one space units with double bed, a kitchenette separated from the sleeping area by a low wall, bathroom. Each studio sleeps up to 3 persons.
2 two-bedroom apartments: These apartments have two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a well equipped kitchen and one bathroom.
1 four-bedroom apartment: This apartment has 4 bedrooms, one with a double bed and three with two single beds each, 3 bathrooms (2 with bathtub and 1 with shower), a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine.
Cleaning service every other day. Change of linen every 4 days.
