This wonderful stone villa has been tastefully restored, it is surrounded by an extensive, well kept garden and also includes a dependence.
The villa was originally built in the eighteen century and has been recently restored.
The villa is located 800 meters from Gaïos, the main port of Paxos Island in a very quiet area with view over an olive grove. It can be reached via a private concrete road without traffic and has two accesses. The main access is by car to a parking area for two small cars and leads to the main house entrance, the garden house and the summer kitchen. The second access is for pedestrians and leads to the opposite façade of the main house as well as to the guest house.
• The villa consists of three separate buildings :
The main house (sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms)
The guest house (sleeps 3 in 2 bedrooms)
The garden house (sleeps 2 in one bedroom)
MAIN HOUSE :

The living room gives access to : - The main sleeping room (double bedroom) with private bathroom - The covered terrace
The stairs give access to : - Two sleeping rooms. Each sleeping room has two single beds and each has its private bathroom - A mezzanine with TV corner and DVD
GUEST HOUSE :
This second house is above the main house. Its access is behind the BBQ corner and some stairs that create its privacy.
From the guest house terrace, you reach: - A large studio with en-suite bathroom and toilet as well as a kitchenette. This room has one double bed. - A smaller room with two twin beds and en-suite shower room (without WC)
GARDEN HOUSE :
The third house is below the main house. It has a sleeping room with two single beds and a private bathroom and toilet. This bedroom opens on a terrace with view over the garden.
The summer kitchen is an open air, covered area with a second BBQ and a large dining area which is down the main house so that it has its own privacy as well.
All the bathrooms of the three units have shower.
GARDEN:
Consists of 5 terraces linked together by a stone path illuminated at night.
The villa can be rented whole (for max 12 persons) or partially for 6 or up to 10 persons. In August the villa can only be rented whole.
Daily maid service. Extra cleaning service available on request to be paid locally. Change of linen once a week (beach towels are not provided).
October prices are the same as May prices.
A security deposit of 1000 Euros is requested upon arrival of the guests.
